Can I change my seat and meal preferences after completing my online booking?

Customers wishing to assign, change seats or update their APIS information (Advance Passenger Information) , can do so from the homepage of  Please click on the “Manage A Booking" tab.  Customers will need to use the Qatar Airways booking reference number and the primary passenger's last name.

You can select or change your seat assignment up to 24 hours before departure. However, this is dependent on availability and will only be confirmed upon check-in.

To change your meal preferences, please contact your nearest Qatar Airways office. A list of office contact details can be found here.
