What do I do if my membership card is lost or stolen?

Simply contact our Member Service Centre, open 7 days a week at +974 4023 0023 between 07:30 -22:00 hrs, Doha local time or 04:30 – 19:00hrs GMT or email at membersvc@qmiles.com. We will be happy to replace it for you free of charge.

 

Alternatively, you can apply online for a replacement by logging into your membership account, click "My profile" from your dashboard menu and click "Membership Card" to request for a replacement.
