How can I request for my password?

If you have not received your password, please contact our Member Service Centre, open 7 days a week at +974 4023 0023 between 07:30 -22:00 hrs, Doha local time or 04:30 – 19:00hrs GMT or email at membersvc@qmiles.com.

Your password will be sent to your email address registered in our system.  If you do not have an email address, please contact our Member Service Centre to update your profile.
