The travel agent/QR ticketing staff should add your Qbiz track code in the OSI(Other Service Information) field of the booking.

Following are sample entries per Computerized Reservations used:

Amadeus - OS QR DC/QAQB99

Galileo - SI.QR*DC/QAQB99

Sabre/Abacus - 3OSI QR DC/QAQB99

Worldspan - 3OSI QR DC/QAQB99

Travelsky - OSI QR DC/QAQB99

Note: QAQB99 is just a sample Qbiz track code.  Your own Qbiz track code is indicated in your welcome email.
